I’ve wanted to be a teacher for as long as I can remember, so this is my dream job!  I love my job and hope to pass my love for learning on to my students. My teaching philosophy is simple. I believe all children can learn when given the right tools and strategies. Each child is unique and this allows for multiple learning styles. I feel very fortunate to be a part of the teaching staff at Romoland Elementary School.  This year marks my 20th year with the Romoland School District and my 15th year as a Kindergarten teacher. I received my bachelor's and teaching credentials from Cal State San Marcos and my master's degree from Concordia University Irvine. Family is vital to me. My husband and children continue to support my career choice and help me whenever possible. Teaching is a calling, and I am thankful that I answered.
